Knows how to pace and push.
Gamal is such a great teacher. He trains my kid, 14 -he loves it! Though he does not love exercising in general, he is always happy to go train with Gamal. He knows how to pace and push him the right way, and makes fun so that he makes my kid to want to come back. We have been training with Gamal for about 9 months. My son is starting to show some muscle gain, his skills and speed are impressive for a teenager. Thanks Gamal, you are truly amazing.

Marin Boxing is cool. Who knew there was a real boxing place in Marin? I did not. I signed up for the boxing boot camp. It is not easy, but Gamal is cool, and patient, and teaches you how to do things the right way. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to learn boxing techniques and gain strength for health.
